Guest Management

As a guest management volunteer, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all the VIP guests. Your tasks will include coordinating guest arrivals and departures, arranging guest accommodations at hotels and Sai Vishwa, providing information and support, addressing special requests or concerns throughout the event. You will work closely with the existing guest management teams to ensure all guests feel valued and well cared for.

What you'll do

As a Guest Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests at the event. You will greet and assist guests upon arrival, escort guests, provide information about the event, and act as a liaison between the guests and the guest management department. You will create a welcoming and organised atmosphere, making sure all guests feel valued and well taken care of throughout the event.

Commitment:
Onsite – Morning / Evening shift (6 hrs)
Minimum 20 days

What you'll do

As a volunteer responsible for Guest Management Backend Support, you will ensure that the guests have a smooth experience and are well taken care of. You could assist in any of the following activities:

Guest stay: You will ensure that the guests’ check-in at the hotels is smooth, visit the hotel to ensure it meets standards, and make sure their accommodation needs are fulfilled. Once the bookings are confirmed, you will need to provide the necessary information to the respective guests well in advance.

Guest transportation: You will also be providing support for the backend coordination between the transport team and guest management team.

Food coordination: You will ensure the food requirements in Sai Vishwa and VIP dining areas are taken care of on behalf of the guest management team.

Sai Vishwa supervision: You will ensure any requirements of the guests in Sai Vishwa are taken care of, such as laundry, lobby, cleaning, etc.

What you'll do

As a volunteer responsible for Volunteer Coordination & Training for Guest Management department, you will be in charge of training all volunteers on the tasks they will work on and ensuring work is assigned to all of them. You will coordinate between guest management staff and assigned guest management and oversee that everything is going well.

Commitment:
Onsite – Morning / Evening shift (6 hrs)
Minimum 50 days
