The award was presented by His Excellency Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, President of Fiji, during a ceremonial gathering at the esteemed State House, graced by dignitaries from across the globe.

Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu. Sri Madhusudan Sai’s vision culminated in the establishment of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children’s Hospital in Fiji, the first state-of-the-art, completely free paediatric hospital in the South Pacific. This landmark institution delivers world-class cardiac care to children irrespective of their socio-economic background, bringing hope and healing to families who once had none.
The Sai Prema Foundation: A Beacon of Hope
Through the Sai Prema Foundation, another of his noble initiatives, Sri Madhusudan Sai has spearheaded humanitarian programmes that include mobile medical services, health screenings, disaster relief, education scholarships, and food distribution.
